Sam offers personalised 1:1 Pilates sessions at her studio in Potters Bar.
Types of Pilates offered include mat, reformer, tower, assisted stretching, sports massage & myofascial release.
Home visits and sessions for two can also be booked.
Where to
start
After an initial phone call to assess your needs, you will usually schedule a £25 taster session, what Sam calls the Initial Consultation.
The Initial Consultation is a 45 minute reformer session and is useful to assess your needs and create your individually tailored reformer program.
If you want to take your fitness and understanding of reformer Pilates to the next level, and see and feel results, Sam encourages a minimum of 1 session every week for at least 6 months.
As Jospeh Pilates said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.”
One-on-One
After the initial consultation, Sam will recommend your tailored programme and ideal number of sessions that suit your fitness goals, health, any injury treatment, age and Pilates experience level.
In-studio tailored sessions available to book are Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, MOTR and The Tower. Which combination of movements and equipment is used, depends on your personal plan.

Sam is confident working with clients of all ages, levels and needs. She routinely works with different body types: from those needing pre or post-surgery strengthening to elite athletes looking to enhance their athletic performance.
All reformer sessions are tailored to the individual with modifications for all body types.
Pilates sessions are always one-on-one in Sam’s specially designed studio. In some cases, home sessions would be the only viable solution where you are unable to travel due to a health condition – do talk to Sam about the available options.

Safety
New Waiver: Before your first session, you will be required to fill out a par-q form and client trainer agreement.

Payment
methods
We accept cash payments and bank transfers.
*A holding deposit of your hourly fee will be requested at the time of booking. Pay as you go session payments must be paid on the day of your appointment either by bank transfer or in cash – this applies for both in-studio or home pay as you sessions.
Cancellation
policy & package expiry
Please note that 24 hours must be given for a session cancellation. Sessions cancelled after this time will incur a full session charge.
Purchasing a package of Pilates sessions will help you to stay commited to exercising regularly so that you can see and feel the results land in your body.
It’s recommended to do 2-3 Pilates sessions a week. Packages of ten sessions must be completed within three months from the date of purchase, and a package of twenty sessions must be completed within six months from the date of purchase. Sessions are void after this time period and a refund will not be given.
